The Casa Finance City First tower is located in the new business district of Casablanca in Morocco. This tower offers 28 floors of offices. The architecture of the structure and its moucharabiehs aim both to let light through on its north and south facades and to protect it from the rays of the raking sun to the east and west.
With 40 years of experience in acoustics and the construction industry, Tisseyre + Associés collaborated with the group of companies to support them in redefining acoustic performance from the construction phase to acceptance.

The reframing of acoustic performance focused particularly on:
Redefinition of methods to achieve performance with the group of companies
Considering the progress of the project, the constraints were multiple. We therefore accompanied the group of companies in the renegotiation of the objectives so that they were achievable and that they respected the acoustic performances set. In addition, we worked closely with the consortium and redefined the construction methods for the CFC tower.
Finally, thanks to our mastery of materials, we helped the group to redefine their choice of materials so that they facilitate compliance with acoustic objectives.
